To do that you need to go to the page where you want to turn off comments in WordPress. On the page editor screen click on the screen options arrow button on the upper right corner of the screen. There are many check boxes under fly down menu where you need to check the box next to Discussion. Scroll down and you will find a Discussion box on the page editor screen. This Discussion box provide option to turn on/off comments on a single page or post. Check the box to enable Comments or unchecked the box to disable the comments on this page. Now you can update your page to show the result.
